Right through Scripture, the Holy Spirit has been active, creating, shaping, restoring, and empowering God’s people to be a blessing to the world. In this series, we want to consider what it would look like for us to live Spirit filled lives, so that we can continue his work today, with the particular challenges our world is facing.

In this series, we’re looking at the Kingdom of God, and asking what kind of King Jesus is, and what kind of Kingdom He’s building. We will see that Jesus’ vision of the Kingdom meets our deepest needs and longings, and is a beautiful blueprint for how we as a church can partner with God in working for the Cultural, Social and Spiritual renewal of London.

In this series, we’re looking at the stories of men and women in Scripture who trusted God, clung to His promises, and were commended for their faith. And as we consider their examples, we will learn how we can also trust God and live faith-filled lives.

No figure in history has demonstrated such beautiful character as Jesus. He is the supreme example of love, patience, kindness, faithfulness, and peace. These are all characteristics that we need, especially in challenging seasons! In this series, we will look at how relying on the Holy Spirit enables us to develop the very same characteristics in our lives.

Jesus is arguably the most influential person who has ever lived: he has inspired more art, music, and philosophical reflection than anyone else, and time has literally been divided around the date of his birth. In this series, taking us through Easter and up to Pentecost, we will reflect on some of the events leading up to his crucifixion and the implications of his resurrection.

In this series will look at the characteristics we need to cultivate, as individuals and as a church, if we are to live as a people of faith, following Jesus passionately, and longing for revival.

Fire represents passion, purity, and the power of the Spirit, and the word ‘consuming’ means ‘to completely fill one’s attention or focus.’ So ‘Consuming Fire’ symbolises the idea of having our minds, our attention, and our focus entirely consumed by passion for God, and the power of the Spirit.

We live in a context in which Christianity is no longer the dominant religion. This can pose all sorts of challenges and pressures as we seek to follow Jesus. In this series, we consider what the Bible teaches about living as a faithful presence: a community of people who follow Jesus wholeheartedly, and seek to represent him well to a world that has largely forgotten him.

Life in Twenty-First Century London is full of pressures: How can I make ends meet? What do people think of me? Am I good enough or successful enough? But such pressures aren’t unique to our day and age. Philippians is an ancient letter written by the Apostle Paul, in which he explores how to experience joy and contentment in even our hardest circumstances.
