Male by birth. Man by Choice

This is the name of our 'Men's Ministry' because it get's right to the heart of what it means to be a man. Responsibility, commitment and ultimately a choice. Its time to separate the men from the boys.
At Christchurch you'll find a monthly men's training event which aims to deliver no nonsense, honest and practical teaching, covering topics like sex, work, money, relationships and all things necessary to be a man by choice.
There is also a weekly opportunity to get involved socially with league football games happening across the city, helping out at a meal for the homeless, or serving the local youth at a weekly football training session.
We believe that being brutally honest with each other is the best way to keep on track in the christian life, so why not start an accountability group or hit the men's revival prayer meeting that happens twice a month on a friday morning.
This year we will also be running four main social events to bring the men of christchurch together, to share a few beers and share a few more laughs.

Men's Training

If you’re interested in finding out some of the latest men’s events, you can either search the ChristChurch London calendar, or check out the Man By Choice (MBC) Group on the City.

If you are a man who wants to be trained, stretched, challenged, and have a laugh - this is right up your street.
We aim to blend high quality training with the opportunity to hang out and build friendships with other men in ChristChurch London. Men's Training is a short time of prayer and worship followed by a talk on an essential man-topic, given by one of Christchurch London's very own. Find out more in the MBC group on the City.

Transforming Ducketts Common

Sat Jul 26, 10.00 - 13.30

A group of people are partnering with local churches to help transform Ducketts Common into a safe and enjoyable space for families, by cultivating a wildflower meadow. If you would like to be involved, you are welcome to join us. Usually there is a variety of tasks to do, some of which involve gardening.

We meet at 10.00 to pray and then we work from 10.30 until 13.30. Wear clothes suitable for gardening. All tools are provided, no experience necessary.
