Our Vision
We believe our city is best served when Jesus’ followers live lives devoted to him. But there's often a gap between our current experience and what the bible says is possible. To help bridge this gap, the church is built on three core values: Presence, Formation, and Mission.
Our Values
Presence
We are totally dependent on God’s presence with us, and want to centre our lives and our church on him, so we can live lives shaped by him.
Formation
Together, we want to learn how to intentionally live life with Jesus, so we can become more like him and do the things he is calling us to do.
Mission
Instead of living for ourselves, we want to join God in his mission to renew all things, seeking the spiritual, social, and cultural renewal of our city.
We believe in the historic life, death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus, and the empowering work of the Holy Spirit in our lives today.
We also believe in the authority of the Christian Scriptures and hold to the essential orthodox Christian beliefs as expressed in the Nicene Creed. We are also a member of the Evangelical Alliance and hold to their basis of faith.
