David is the founder and senior leader of ChristChurch London. He loves to help people grow in their faith and contribute to their communities. David has been leading churches for over 25 years and has trained others to start churches in many parts of the world. He has a degree in theology from Durham University and is an alumnus of IMD business school. He and his wife Philippa have 3 children and live in London, the city they love most in the world.

Ross spent 28 years in business with Deloitte, then led a church in Hertfordshire for three years before he and his wife Joy moved to central London in 2006 to be involved with planting ChristChurch London. Ross oversees the church's operations, governance and finance. Together Ross and Joy also oversee the Marriage ministries and contribute in pastoral care. Ross and Joy are originally from Scotland, and have three grown-up children and four grandchildren.
Joy, along with her husband Ross, leads the termly Marriage Preparation Course and is involved with the women's ministry, pastoral care and office operations. Joy and Ross are originally from Scotland, and have three grown-up children, and four grandchildren.
Andy moved to London in March 2004 as part of the team that started ChristChurch London. Before coming on staff he worked as a radio news & sports journalist with the BBC for 8 years, regularly commentating on his beloved Wolverhampton Wanderers. Andy lives in south London with his wife Joy and 3 children, Brody, Mia & Amelie. Andy leads the Central and East Services, and is the person to contact if you want to find out more about Connect Groups or have any questions about 'Lord of the Rings.' Joy is a secondary school teacher and is involved with the children's work.

Ben grew up in Aberdeen where he also graduated in Theology. He is widely read and has a diverse range of skills. He draws on a broad spectrum of knowledge and experience to solve problems. Inter alia, he is responsible for maintaining ChristChurch's IT systems.
Rich joined the ChristChurch London team in 2016 after spending 6 years as a freelance session singer/musician. He takes care of the music life at ChristChurch London.
Rich lives in South East London with his wife Lucy and their doorstop mouse, Rolf. In his spare time, Rich forgets to eat whilst being immersed in musical projects. He sometimes also builds guitars and sands them inside.

Edward works part time for ChristChurch London: designing the website, building the website, maintaining the website; and performing other functions related to the production of ChristChurch London's communications.
When Edward’s not working he enjoys reading literature like Kafka, Dostoyevsky, Sartre -that kind of thing. He also enjoys international travel; Flâneur-er-ing -mainly around London, but not really west London; and attacking his guitar in the aggressive&loud style.
His favourite musician is The Notorious B.I.G.Edward is a founder member of the Westferry Cocktail Club (hereafter to be known as the WCC) and various other London initiatives.
Hailing from Denmark, Lars moved to London in the summer of 2015 and joined the CCL staff team a year later. Whilst in Denmark Lars was involved in church leadership and leading Steps courses.
Lars’ role at CCL involves supporting various ministry leaders, establishing CCL’s own Steps course and planning new ChristChurch London services across the city (watch this space).
Lars has a masters in Philosophy from the University of Copenhagen and is the author of several Books. He lives in Bermondsey with his wife Mette who is a researcher at Kings College.
Jen helps with the Central Service and is also responsible for overseeing Baptisms and helping new people get connected and integrated into church life. Jen and her husband moved to London in 2009 and have three children.
Tim lives in Stockwell with his wife Jacqui and their two young daughters. He and Jacqui have been involved in ChristChurch since the very beginning and over the years have been involved in most areas of church life. Tim is currently responsible for leading the South Service and overseeing all the church's Social Action ministries.
Nina works part-time for ChristChurch London, providing administrative support. On days when she is not in the office, she is a freelance illustrator. She and her husband Peter live in Victoria.
Nina is currently on maternity leave.
Amy lives in South West London with her husband David and son Seth. She oversees the Children's Ministry at ChristChurch London. Amy also teaches dance and over the last ten years has worked within education and the community, having a particular passion for working with 'senior' adults. Her youngest student is 3 and the oldest is 103!
Elise is a Personal Assistant to David Stroud and is also the copywriter on our Communications team, working on all our content from Sunday services to social media. She has been part of ChristChurch London since she moved for university in 2013, and recently graduated with a degree in English and Drama from Queen Mary, University of London.
Elise attends the East Service because East London is obviously the coolest part of the city. She spends her free time watching films, eating pasta, and doing jigsaw puzzles. Her lifetime ambition is to become the 'Mind the Gap' voice on the Tube.
Dan joined ChristChurch London in January 2015 and supports the running of tech and Sunday logistics across the four services. He is responsible for ensuring all of our kit is in the right place at the right time, upgrading and maintaining our equipment and ensuring our volunteers are trained to the highest standards.
He started his career off with a degree in Sound Technology at the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts, and before moving to London, you would have found him on cruise ships, sailing around the world and mixing sound for bands and musical theatre shows.
As well as freelancing as a Sound Engineer all around the UK, Dan enjoys camping and climbing, and you’ll regularly find him pitching a tent and building campfires!
Sharon and her husband Joseph have been part of Christchurch for 9.5years, they live in South-West London. Sharon oversees the Pastoral Support Ministry, leading various pastoral groups and supporting the Pastoral team. She is a qualified Psychotherapist and runs her own practice. Joseph leads the Men's recovery Group at Christchurch. Sharon is passionate about seeing people free in all areas of their spiritual and emotional lives, living an authentic life whilst building meaningful community and friendship in the process.
Aisha joined the staff team in February 2016 after completing an international business degree. Her work at CCL is varied and includes being Nate’s PA, assisting Faith with organising events, and helping Amy keep the kids work under full sail.
Aisha lives in South London and can often be seen peddling across the city to try a new coffee shop, book in tow. When she's not sipping coffee, Aisha spends most of her time training for competitive weightlifting; watch out Tokyo 2020!
Claire is a qualified accountant and heads up the Finance Team at ChristChurch London. She is originally from Sheffield, married to Dayo and has a passion for travelling and experiencing different cultures.
Faith is part of the administration team in the ChristChurch London office. She focuses on church events and Vauxhall Foodbank, as well as other church administration. Faith is originally from the USA but has been living around the UK for many years now. She loves the Church, social action, international development and coffee!
Louisa lives in South-West London with her husband Dan and their two children: Sophia and Jacob. She has a background in Professional Services and qualifications in Human Resources. She ensures that all things HR are taken care of at ChristChurch London.
Loz has a Masters in Research Methods. Her Grandad was a famous footballer (Tony Richards). She really likes reading and is very passionate about cats (her nickname at University was ‘RSPCA Loz’).
Nate joined ChristChurch London in 2015 as Head of Operations. Previously he has worked at Only Connect, HighTide Festival Theatre and as a Producer for The Opera Group based at the Young Vic. Nate has significant experience in both education and arts based projects. Prior to moving to the UK in 2007, Nate was a primary school teacher in Brooklyn, New York.
He lives with his wife, Caroline, and their twin sons Benji and Ethan in Chingford.
Helen moved to London in 2009 and since then she has served ChristChurch London in various roles. She became Executive Assistant to Ross and Joy Bull and Andy Tilsley in January 2013. She and her husband Liam are currently based in Wandsworth, SW London. When she's not hard at work, Helen is a keen cook and amateur food critic!
Helen is currently on maternity leave.
Liam joined ChristChurch London in 2009, and oversees various areas of church life, including teaching and the prayer teams. Liam studied Philosophy and Drama at the University of Kent in Canterbury, and more recently completed a Masters in Biblical Studies at Kings College London. Consequently, he spends his free time going to the theatre, reading books containing excessively long words, growing a philosopher's beard and enjoying good coffee! He lives in South West London with his wife Helen and their daughter Jessie.

Tom studied illustration and graphic design at the University of Derby and London College of Communication. He joined the ChristChurch London staff team in September 2011, and is responsible for the graphic design and publications.
Jo is from Liverpool, trained as a primary school teacher and now loves living in London. She can't whistle but she is learning to make the best coffee she can in the office.
Josie moved to London in 2015 from sunny Cornwall where she had been been living for the past 5 years, and completed her degree in Photography at Falmouth University. She now lives in South-West London with her husband Trevor, and enjoys exploring London, escaping to Cornwall, and baking in her spare time!
