Rediscovering our identity and purpose through the letter of 1 Peter.

The letter of 1 Peter creates a picture of who we are personally and collectively: a people of God alive with His hope, purpose and strength. Each talk will look at a different aspect of our identity and purpose as God’s children, and how we have been brought into a new family, a new identity and a new, living hope.

We will look at four people in the New Testament who were central in the story of Jesus’ birth as they waited for their King to come; and we will consider what we can learn from them about living with longing and hope in the context of our world today.
