This series will help us reflect on Advent as a season of waiting and longing, with the promise of hope to be fulfilled. Advent is traditionally a season to remember the coming of Jesus 2000 years ago and to actively wait for His coming again.
We will look at four people in the New Testament who were central in the story of Jesus’ birth as they waited for their King to come; and we will consider what we can learn from them about living with longing and hope in the context of our world today.
