These courses are a safe space for anyone who wants to find freedom from addiction to pornography.
The first step to your recovery is breaking the isolation and shame you are likely to be experiencing. You can do this by being honest with yourself and by seeking help and support from others. This course offers a group structure that is supportive, non-judgmental, educational and confidential.
