A 12-week course designed to help break repetitive, destructive and damaging patterns. From insecurity and fear to anxiety, addiction, low self-esteem and anger issues, this course focuses on any thoughts and patterns of behaviour that stop us from living our lives to the full.

Alpha International

Sessions: Eleven
Format: Film series or transcripts

Alpha is a series of sessions designed to help people explore the Christian faith, and can last from eight to eleven weeks. There is a series of films designed to spark discussion, or you can use the transcripts and deliver the talks yourself. There are also training videos available to prepare you to run the course.
