We partnered with Compassion over a decade ago to build a women’s survival centre in Rwanda and each year we give towards the work that is happening there.
A couple of months ago Helen, from our Stockwell service, had the opportunity to go out and visit Compassion’s projects in Togo and saw firsthand the work they do. There wasn’t a Rwanda trip coming up so she visited some of their projects in Togo instead which are very similar.
Compassion is a global charity working to release children from poverty in Jesus’ name.

There are still many children in our Rwanda project and our dream is that all of them are sponsored by members of our Christ Church Services.
