Everybody struggles with something; low self-esteem, lack of confidence, fear, anger, control, boundary issues…the list goes on. But it is possible to find freedom from unhelpful thoughts, patterns and behaviors.
STEPS provides a friendly, warm and safe environment to address the challenges that life has to throw at us in a positive and affirming way. The 9-week course gives us an opportunity to share, hear from others and learn new ways of thinking in order to overcome difficulties whilst surrounded by a supportive community.
STEPS will be running this course specifically for women at Wimbledon Park.
