Welcome to London

London is home to somewhere in the region of 350,000 students. For many, their time at University is a hugely significant experience. We want to help you make the most of it.

We have a diverse group of students at ChristChurch and we often arrange socials to build community in the city, making the most of its great food, attractions and culture. We would love to meet you at one of these events. Check out the calendar to find out what’s coming up next.

As a church, we run a number of Connect Groups, which are communities based across the city, in which people can get to know each other, grow spiritually, and contribute to the flourishing of London life. We have a selection of Connect Groups specifically geared towards Students, which will help you. You can find out more here.

We also run training events, worship nights, 1-on-1 mentoring, and the highlight of the Student Calendar, our Weekend Away.

For more information about what’s coming up, sign up to the Students Zone on The City, keep an eye on The Calendar or visit us on Facebook and Twitter.

London Treasure Hunt

Mon May 05, 13.00 - 17.00

London is probably the best city in the world. Full of history, national monuments, huge parks, winding streets, hidden gems… basically the ideal location for a Treasure Hunt!

You’ll need a team of 4-6 people, a camera (the camera on your phone will be fine) and loads of enthusiasm. There’ll be a prize for the winning team.

Take an afternoon off and enjoy the Early May Bank Holiday exploring central London with your mates. Register your team online here.

Meet in Trafalgar Square under the bronze relief of Lord Horatio Nelson’s death. Be there at 13:00 to receive your instructions!

The Art of Neighbouring: Relationships that Matter (Luke 10:25-28) - David Stroud

Sun Apr 27, 11.00 - 12.30 & 16.00 - 17.30

An expert in the law came to Jesus and asked him what he had to do to get right with God. Jesus’ answer shows that God’s design for humanity has always been the same: we are designed to love God and love our neighbour. In the first week of our new series, David Stroud unpacks that important principle.
