Welcome to London: The World is Your Oyster!

London is truly one of the greatest cities in the world, and studying here can be a rich experience and a real adventure. But it’s also true that it can be a challenge, so as a church and a student team we are passionate about building a genuine, strong, and inclusive community, which prioritises you as a student. We work hard to provide many great opportunities to meet other students, build deep friendships, grow in your faith, receive training in leadership and be equipped to live out the mission of God day to day on your campuses.

To stay up to date with all that's going on and to share thoughts, banter and photos, sign up to the Students Zone on The City. We're also on Twitter and Facebook.

Here are a few of the ways in which you can get involved:

Discipleship Training

We are passionate about seeing you grow during your time in London, and so we provide various opportunities for you to learn to follow Jesus more effectively.

Throughout 2011/2012, we are running a discipleship training course, which will equip you theologically and practically, looking at various hot topics, and allowing plenty of time for leadership training and Q&A. This will take place on Sundays in the Billingsgate Room at the Mermaid Theatre, from 13.30-15.30. For information about the dates and subjects, check out the calendar.

We also provide a one-on-one discipleship programme, running over the course of a term, and various small accountability and discipleship groups. We are committed to discipling every ChristChurch student over your time with us, and so if you would like more information get in touch with Andy Tuck contactandyt@hotmail.com or Angela Devine angmdevine@gmail.com

International Students

We love international students, and want to do whatever we can to help make your transition to London life as smooth as possible. Every Tuesday evening we run a group full of international students - 19.00 at City Temple Holborn. This is a great opportunity to meet and support one another. For more information, get in touch with Kpop Yangye on kjyangye@googlemail.com

Sunday Evenings

Most weeks after the 16.00 meeting there is something going on for Students who want to hang out, get to know each other and enjoying building community. Whether it's a gig, a social, an opportunity to connect with the leaders of the church, or just a bunch of people going for food together, there will be something arranged to keep you entertained! To keep up to date, make sure you're signed up to the Students Zone on The City
