ChristChurch London celebrates everything that is good about London

We love the diversity and creativity, the energy and the humanity, the beauty and the strength that makes up this extraordinary place. We believe that everything that is good in it points to the Creator from whom it all comes. It is worth shouting about and celebrating.

The church is a vibrant spiritual community. We provide a context of engaging worship that helps people connect with God and learn to live well today. We believe the best place to grow and learn is with others, which is why we are a community that stretches across the city.

We work for the common good. We believe that the church should make the city a better place to live. As a result, we love to support people and projects that make living here better for everyone and particularly for those who are less well off.

We want to strengthen London’s cultural life. We encourage artists, entertainers and others who produce cultural goods to create and cultivate in such a way that the city comes to life.

We are working for the spiritual renewal of this city. There is a great need for the nourishment of the human spirit and there is no better way to do this than to help those who are seeking faith to connect with their Maker through Jesus Christ.

We contribute globally as well as locally. One of the most pressing needs of this world is to learn how to live in urban contexts. We want to share our experience with others just as we learn from them too. We will do this by equipping men and women to use their gifts and abilities to start new churches and work with established ones wherever there is need and opportunity.
