We believe part of our mandate is to express God’s love by meeting the needs around us in practical ways. It’s based on our conviction that every person matters to God and that our mission is to reach out to those around us with practical expressions of Jesus’ love.
We want to see crime reduced, addicts freed, the hungry fed, graffiti cleaned, young people given hope, the homeless housed, families restored, the lonely befriended, the past forgiven, playgrounds repaired, the elderly honoured, justice proclaimed and the lost find purpose – to name just a few of our dreams.
Almost half of inner-city children in London live in poverty, while almost one in five non-working families on low or moderate incomes are unable to afford some basic food items most of the time. These are just some of the alarming statistics in our city in which we’re looking to make a difference.
ChristChurch London is involved in a whole host of projects across London which we hope will begin to reduce poverty, change communities, and bring hope and joy to people from all walks of life.
